Our RUN-FIT running training is a mix of training drills aimed at increasing your running ability and fitness level. 

You can use RUN-FIT training as a drop in session or make it a regular part of your training programme. Our training will help your running performance to become more confident runner, which in turn will make you feel more comfortable when running. Plus, Jason is always on hand to encourage, motivate and give best advice.

We'll breakdown the running movement and focus on the various aspects of running with our cardio/fitness drills. We teach our clients to run and explain how the body works as a single unit whilst running. Weak areas are then worked on, building a stronger body to performance more efficiently.

All our RUN-FIT training sessions are open to all fitness levels and we have a mix of abilities on every session we do. As with all our training you can rest should you need to and drink water when ever you want to. We're here to help you, not intimidate you!

Personal Training 1-2-1 training

If our regular group training isn't for you then you maybe interested in Personal Training 1-2-1. Here our fitness drills & cardio circuits can be adapted to suit you, your current level of fitness and at a time that's suits you better..

By simply adding our RUN-FIT training and cardio/fitness drills to your weekly programme you'll increase your overall performance, making you a fitter, stronger and faster runner.

RUN-FIT is an amazing training tool and our training techniques can easily be adapted to your current fitness level and ability.

We also incorporate our other training methods such as running parachutes, dumbbell arm circuits and skipping agility drills. So, whether you just want to run for longer than 10 minutes, improve your personal best on a 10k, or even tackle something more challenging, our proven training systems will work for you.

If you're currently coaching a sport team such as Rugby, Net-Ball or Hockey etc then RUN-FIT will also give your team the fitness edge they'll need to improve their game.

£5 per session


Times and location

Our regular RUN-FIT training sessions are scheduled at the The Gym - South Shields, Tyne & Wear, NE33 5QX and open to members as well as none members. We meet near the PT area 10 minutes early to register on the day. Training is on every Wednesday evening 6-7pm.
