Group Personal Training

Group personal training is very similar to 1-2-1 personal training however as training will be in a group the price per person will be lower. We want to keep the numbers low so that the intensity and tuition will be of a higher grade.

Increase core strength and muscle definition

Training methods will be specifically adapted to your group to help develop and increase your core strength and improve your muscular definition. Benefit from group training and still receive quality attention from your Personal Trainer. Our Group Personal Training is not only an effective and productive way to train but you will also save money on your sessions too.

Everyone who signs-up will also receive a copy of our Fitness Nutritional Guide (2nd edition worth £10) to help further boost your results, plus a free training t-shirt too!
Tyre FlippingYou don't have to sign up to all of the training as you can choose the training principle you wish to focus on. Payment must be made in 4 week block bookings: 
  •  TRX Suspension Training.
  •  Boxing Fitness.
  •  Power Bag Strength Training.
  •  Functional Fitness.
  •  Run-Fit Cardio.

Training with friends or family members can be a great way to get fit and save money on your fitness sessions. All fitness levels will be able to attend these group training sessions as everyone will be encouraged to work to their own fitness level.

Just like 1-2-1 personal training we offer a no obligation consultation for talk about your goals and training requirements.

Our prices for group Personal Training are (45 minutes to 1 hour): 2x clients £30 each, 3x clients £25 each, 4x clients £20 each. 4 week block booking only. Minimum booking 1 session per week. The consultation is just £10 which you'll redeem off your first block booking with us. For more details about all our prices please see our price page.
