There's nothing new about Boot Camps or military fitness style training
There are several Boot Camps in and around Bristol and South Shields, but not all Boot Camps are the same! What's different about ours is that they follow a designed military styled programme with a fitness progression. They're also outdoors to offer a natural training environment. All our Boot Camps are instructed by fully trained former Royal Marine Commando Jason Hodge
And yes, they are outside!
Our Boot Camps are based on a 4 week rolling programme at South Shields. With various session times every week, in all weathers, and gets progressively more challenging as the weeks go on. We bring all the kit and the motivation, all you need to bring is yourself:
- Designed circuits to military fitness standard.
- Qualified instruction to ensure you get the most out of our sessions.
- Full public liability cover and first aid trained.
- Equipment and motivation supplied free of charge.

Personal training sessions can take place in your home, place of work or at a venue of your choosing near where you live like a local park for example (South Shields only). Please visit the Personal Training section of the website here for full details.
Book your place using PayPal
Please use the PayPal buttons below if you would like to book a place on one of our camps. Once booked, you will receive an email requesting confirmation of which session venue, date and time you want to attend. Once you have attended your first booked session, you may then attend any other venue session time or day that suits you for the duration of the Boot Camp course package.
